Roselyn
Cassell Sealy is a Financial Analyst currently employed as the Chief
Executive Officer of the National Development Foundation, and the St. Patrick’s
Cooperative Credit Union Ltd.
She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting.
Since entering the world work in 1976, Roselyn has dedicated her life to Service. Her distinguished performance as A Manager and Negotiator within the Cooperative Movement in the Caribbean and other World Council Members speaks volumes. She simply "Gets Things Done Professionally".
She is the current Vice President of the Caribbean Conference of Credit Unions (CCCU), and Chairperson of the 2001 Annual Convention Organizing Committee.

Claude
Browne is a qualified Agronomist who brings a wealth of experience to the
Party. He has a history of working with the Young and Old, and has continued
serving persons of all walks of life throughout the region where he has worked.
He currently serves as Program Officer with the Montserrat Christian Council. In this capacity, Claude has been instrumental the rebirth of Agricultural Production and the formation of The farmers’ Association. The Fisheries Sector has also benefited significantly from his contribution, to the point that Fishermen are now much better equipped to ply their trade. He served in the following areas:
SERVICE ON BOARDS AND COMMITTEES:
From the tender age of 17, He was involved in the Scout Movement in Montserrat and emerged as the leader of the largest Scout Troop on the Island.
As a young man, he was involved in the production of several Agricultural Development Programs on Radio Montserrat and Radio Antilles. One of such Programs was the weekly broadcast of "Roots".
A Daily Youth Development Program known as " Mini Roots" was also one of his productions.

LENROY (SLYM) DALEY
Lenroy
Daley is better known as Slym. He is very well known to all, having been one of
the community Leaders from the Eastern Region in pre-volcano Montserrat.
He has had a successful career functioning in a number of important areas listed below, and today he continues to make his contribution as a Tour Operator, sharing his experience with many Visitors to Post volcano Montserrat.
SERVICE ON BOARDS AND COMMITTEES:
Served as Member and District Chairman of Emergency Operating Committee ( Eastern Region) for twenty (20) years.
Former President of the Rotary Village Core (Eastern Region)
Livestock Farmer and actively involved in assisting other Livestock Farmers for over thirty (30) years.
REUBEN T. MEADE
Reuben
is an Economist who graduated from the University of the West Indies in 1975,
McGill / McDonald College in Canada, in 1980 and Bradford University, England in
1981.
Between 1980 and 1982, he was employed as an Economist with the Government of Montserrat, and a Financial Analyst with the Caribbean Development Bank in Barbados from 1982 to 1988.
He returned to Montserrat as Director of Development between 1989 – 1991, and served as the island’s Chief Minister of Montserrat between 1991 and 1996 and Minister of Agriculture for three months in 1996/1997. Since 1997 he has been making his contribution to the redevelopment of Montserrat effort He is the current Member for Central in the Legislative Council
In 1990 he was awarded – Montserrat Badge and Certificate of Honor in recognition of work done in organizing Rehabilitation Aid and in recognition of the key role played in organization International assistance for Montserrat in the aftermath of hurricane Hugo
Reuben has been an active member of the various communities in which he has lived and worked, with particular emphasis being placed on the development of the Montserrat Boys Brigade which has had a very positive impact on the lives of many of our young men over the years. His involvement in the Methodist Church and Salem and Corkhill Development Committees has critical to the successful functioning of those organisations.
By his conduct over the years, Reuben has confirmed his commitment to the long term development of Montserrat . He has further demonstrated his willingness to work in any field which will have a positive impact on the lives of the People of Montserrat. His continued presence on Montserrat during the entire Crisis, directly participating in the rebuilding process is further testimony to his philosophy of "Country First".
HYLROY LEWIS BRAMBLE
Hylroy
started his career of Service in the Montserrat Police Force, until he
decided to take his place in the Power Plant of Montserrat Electricity Services
Ltd., which was then operated by the British Finance and Management company,
Commonwealth Development Corporation. In keeping with his passion to serve, he
simultaneously got involved in the organized labor movement, and became an
active Trade Unionist. He is currently involved in the leadership of the
Montserrat Allied Workers Union (MAWU).
He has been the Host of an Educational and Informative Radio Talk Show, better known as "Labour Speaks" for over three and a half years. This Programme has in many quarters been regarded as "The Voice of The People".

CLARENCE EDWIN GREAVES
Clarence
is a Building Contractor and Political Activist who has always had his heart and
soul in overall development of Montserrat.
He is a very active member of the Seventh Day Adventist movement, and continues to contribute to the our people’s redevelopment efforts after the volcanic crisis. He has always been known to be a very hard and dedicated worker.
Between 1978 and 1987, Clarence was an active member of the now defunct Progressive Democratic Party here in Montserrat.
In 1991, He was a Founding Member of the National Progressive Party, and has continued to work towards the overall development of the group. Clarence has always been an articulate, dynamic and patriotic individual with a solid grasp of national and international issues.
He is a keen Sports Fan with an insatiable appetite for cricket
JUSTIN CASSELL
Known
to Many as "THE ACTION MAN"
Graduated from the Jamaica School of Agriculture in 1970 with a First Class Diploma in Agriculture in 1970
Graduated from the St.Augustine Campus of the University of the West Indies in 1972 with Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture (Upper Second Class Honors)
Justin’s versatility and dedication is well known to all. In addition to being one of our better Agriculturists and Landscape Artists, he is one of the region’s best exponents of the Calypso Art Form, and has been directly involved in training the Youth to ensure that there is continuity in the development of that aspect of our culture.
As a hardworking and focussed individual, he spearheaded the organisation of the December 15, 1999 Agricultural Exhibition which was regarded by most as a resounding success story.
Most will remember his almost solo effort to raise EC$ 35,000 to light up Plymouth in the pre-volcano period.
The above is only part of the reason why Justin is widely known as "The Action Man". He works very hard and gets things done.
CHARLES KIRNON
Charles
started his employment as a School Teacher . He then contributed sixteen (16)
years to the banking Sector. At Barclays Bank PLC, he held the Post of
"Manager’s Assistant Advances, and when he left Barclays Bank to take up
an appointment at the Bank of Montserrat, he held the position of "Manager
of Loans" at that indigenous institution.
1991 – 1996 He served as Minister of Agriculture, Trade and The Environment in Montserrat.
During Charles’s term as Minister of Agriculture, he served as Chairman of The OECS Ministers of Agriculture, and Chairman of Caricom’s Ministers of Trade.

CAMILLA AUGUSTINA WATTS
Camilla
is an Educator / Counselor, who has dedicated over forty years of her life to
the development of our youth, and has continued to touch the lives of the entire
community through her involvement with a number of voluntary organizations.
During her stint as Principal of the Montserrat Secondary School, she was known as a disciplinarian who insisted not only on the Academic, but the total development of our students.
She continues to serve as a member of our Prison Visiting Committee, as well as our Juvenile Court.
In 1997, she received the Papal Award for her continued dedicated service to the people of Montserrat, especially the Elderly and Underprivileged.
St.Vincent De Paul Society – Camilla was one of the founding members of the St.Vincent De Paul Society on Montserrat and served on the executive for several years. As President, Secretary and Floor Member she was involved in visiting, purchasing food and preparing food packages, transporting , preparing and serving meals for Shutins and disabled individuals.
As Eucharistic Minister of the Roman Catholic Church, she was able to take the Sacrament to the sick and shut-ins while simultaneously taking care of the immediate needs of those persons through the relevant organizations.
In this capacity as Youth Ministry Coordinator, Camilla was able to guide both parents and children through the social and other related issues that they had to contend with.
She was able to serve and contribute significantly to the overall development of the Montserrat Union of Teachers which she served in various capacities over the years.
