The Bank of Montserrat Limited, as part of its’ succession planning, is seeking to recruit and train suitably qualified nationals for senior positions in the bank.

Duties:

  1. To initially assist the Manager with day-to-day running of the bank.
  2. To market new business for the bank.
  3. To assist in the training and development of junior staff.

Qualifications/Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or Accounting. Experience at a senior level will also be accepted.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years banking experience in operations and credit.
  3. Strong analytical abilities.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. The individual must be customer-service oriented.
  6. Knowledge of the regional market will be an asset.

Compensation:

Salary and remuneration will be based on training and experience.
